The XT440 is a reliable and compact laser shaft alignment system for small to medium machinery, offering precision up to 10 meters. With dual 1-axis line lasers, it ensures accurate alignment while reducing machine wear, downtime, and maintenance costs.
It supports 9-12-3 and EasyTurn measurement methods, and integrates seamlessly with XT190 Digital Belt Alignment and XT280 Vibrometer tools. Optional thermal camera functionality on the XT12 display provides real-time monitoring.
The free XT Alignment app for Android and iOS allows full mobile control. Shaft diameters up to 250mm are supported, expandable to 450mm with extension chains. Choose between the XT12 Display Unit or RT5 Rugged Tablet for flexible operation.
