The Easy-Laser XT550 is a precision laser shaft alignment system certified for Zone 1/Div 1 hazardous areas (Ex and ATEX compliant), making it ideal for oil & gas, petrochemical, and mining industries.
Built on the XT660 platform, it offers dual-beam, dual-dot lasers, supports machine trains of up to 3 machines/2 couplings, and measures base twist with Multi-Point, Continuous, and Uncoupled Sweep methods.
Wireless measurement units and the ECOM Tab-Ex® or RT9 EX tablet ensure safe operation and real-time alignment data. With a range up to 20m and shafts up to 250mm (expandable to 450mm), it delivers fast, accurate, and reliable alignment, reducing wear, downtime, and maintenance costs.
